This is all very true, I have to agree! Last year, I had a lot of cellulite on my thighs, and as unfortunately it always happens, they appeared so fast, and I could not get rid of them for several months. I tried a lot of different creams and products that “help” to take care of cellulite, but nothing helped! So I decided to hit the gym, eat right, exercise, lose all the bad habits and everything. And at first, nothing changed, but after a month or so of this kind of a lifestyle, they started to disappear. So I continued to do so, and a year later, they are completely gone, and I have a great body! :-)
