If your loved one is relatively active, a good social life with lots of activities could be largely important to them. So, you may have to rule out some very attractive options if they’re not up to scratch when it comes to facilities.
Atmosphere
And, of course, you’re going to want to make sure that the right care facility has an atmosphere that your elderly loved one will be comfortable in. Because this place is going to become their home, they need to be happy there. Moving into a new living facility can be a difficult process, so you’re going to want to make the transition as easy for them as possible. The overall feel of the place can really help with this.
