  • Fried chicken with mozzarella

Mozzarella is a gift from God himself. And chicken too. The best way to cook it is to fry it as schnitzels and add plenty of mozzarella on top of each of them when they are ready. Chop some fresh parsley to add color and additional vitamins. Have it with a glass of milk (simple, almond or coconut milk).

Don’t worry; chicken is much healthier than pork and better than bacon.
