The diet industry is a billion dollar one, and as a result there is a lot of misinformation circulating. Every diet is based on a new fad, and the long term goals we desire are not achieved through this type of ‘dieting’.


Eating healthily does not require as much of a change of lifestyle as you think, and you can still make amazing food. There is no need to worry that your food will be tasteless, as there are some great ways to ensure your salads are extra tasty! There’s no need to add high calorie dressing, as adding some cheese or nuts will really help to bring out the flavor!
